Devices like computers can be used in many ways however it may not always be the right time. Sometimes people may use an iphone or tablet while talking to someone. This is an example of rudeness because you aren't paying attention to who your talking to. Another example is when you are walking and then stop in the middle of a public space to text or make a phone call.

Have you ever looked up something on google, then later see ads about that thing you were looking for on another site? It's because sites may give other sites your information, using something called cookies. No, not that kind.

Since the other sites know your information (or things you are looking up) they know things you are interested in so they put ads up based on the thing that you were looking up.
